Your invoice issue date (also known as your bill cycle) is based on the anniversary of when you first signed up. You\u2019ll find this on the first page of your invoice.<\/p>\n

What “billed in advance” means<\/h4>\n

All MATE plans are billed in advance. That just means each invoice covers the month ahead, not the month you’ve just had. So when your invoice is issued, you’re paying for the coming month of service.<\/p>\n

When is my payment due?<\/h4>\n

Your payment due date is shown clearly on your invoice, so check there for the exact date. On the due date, we’ll automatically debit the amount owing using your chosen payment method, so you don’t need to do anything, just make sure there are enough funds available.<\/p>\n
