We don&#8217;t accept prepaid or gift cards, BPAY, PayPal, Centrepay, bank transfers or invoice payments.<\/p>\n<h4>What if I already pay by direct debit from my bank account?<\/h4>\n<p>Some existing customers may still have direct debit from a bank account set up as a legacy payment method.<\/p>\n<p>If you currently pay this way, you can keep doing so.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fff8e1; border-left: 5px solid #f9a825;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important note\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u26a0\ufe0f Heads up:<\/span> Bank account direct debit isn&#8217;t available to new customers, and it isn&#8217;t something you can switch to. If you pay this way now and you change to another payment method, you <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">won&#8217;t be able to switch back<\/span>.<\/div>\n<h4>Are there any payment surcharges?<\/h4>\n<p>No. From <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">1 October 2026<\/span>, we don&#8217;t charge a surcharge on any payment method.<\/p>\n<p>Dishonour fees may still apply if a payment is unsuccessful:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Credit or debit card:<\/span> $0.70 per failed transaction<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Bank account direct debit:<\/span> $1.00 per failed transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fff8e1; border-left: 5px solid #f9a825;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important note\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\ud83d\udca1 Note:<\/span> These are dishonour fees and are separate from payment surcharges.<\/div>\n<h4>How can I update my payment method?<\/h4>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fff8e1; border-left: 5px solid #f9a825;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important note\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u26a0\ufe0f Heads up:<\/span> If you currently pay by direct debit from a bank account, changing to a card is permanent.
