Don&#8217;t know your password? <a href=\"https:\/\/mymate.letsbemates.com.au\/password.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recover it here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;re logged in, click <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Make Payment<\/span>. The amount owing will be pre-populated, so check the amount and click <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Pay<\/span> to process the payment using the payment method saved on your account.<\/p>\n<h4>\ud83d\udcf1 myMATE app<\/h4>\n<p>In the <a href=\"\/mate\/mymate-app\/\">myMATE app<\/a>, tap <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Billing and Payments<\/span>, then <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Make Payment<\/span>. Enter the amount you&#8217;d like to pay and tap <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Make Payment<\/span> to process the payment using the payment method saved on your account.<\/p>\n<h4>\ud83d\udcde Over the phone<\/h4>\n<p>Call us on <a href=\"\/mate\/support\/\">13 14 13<\/a> and follow the prompts. You can make a full or partial payment using the payment method saved on your account.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #d7f6e6; border-left: 5px solid #00b26b;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Tip\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\ud83d\udca1 Tip:<\/span> If you&#8217;d like to make a one-off payment using a different card, just follow the prompts to enter the new card details.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fff8e1; border-left: 5px solid #f9a825;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important note\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u26a0\ufe0f Heads up:<\/span> If you pay by direct debit from a bank account, changing your saved payment method to a card is permanent. You <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">won&#8217;t be able to switch back<\/span>. Get in touch if you&#8217;re not sure what you&#8217;re on.<\/div>\n<h4>\ud83d\udd01 What happens if my regular payment fails?<\/h4>\n<p>If a payment doesn&#8217;t go through, our system will automatically retry after 3 days, and again 3 days later if it&#8217;s still unpaid.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fff8e1; border-left: 5px solid #f9a825;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important note\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\ud83d\udca1 Note:<\/span> Each failed payment attempt may incur a small dishonour fee.
