Price Lock is our way of helping eligible customers get ahead of it.<\/p>\n<p>Pay 10 months upfront at your current rate and we&#8217;ll give you 12 months in return. That&#8217;s two months free, with your price locked in before the annual increase hits.<\/p>\n<h4>What&#8217;s included<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay for 10 months, get 12<\/li>\n<li>Your price stays the same for the full 12 months<\/li>\n<li>Available on eligible internet and mobile plans<\/li>\n<li>Pro-rata refund if you cancel early<\/li>\n<li>Moving house? Any remaining prepaid months stay on your account and apply to your new service (at the new service rate)<\/li>\n<li>Upgrading to fibre? Any remaining prepaid months stay on your account and apply to your new service (at the new service rate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Am I eligible?<\/h4>\n<p>Price Lock is available to select eligible customers only. If you&#8217;re eligible, you&#8217;ll receive an email from MATE with details on how to take up the offer.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t received an email, you may not be eligible at this time.<\/p>\n<h4>How to get it<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/mymate\/\">myMATE app<\/a> or <a href=\"[% brand.params.sion_host %]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">self-care portal<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select Price Lock and pick the services you want to lock<\/li>\n<li>Pay 10 months upfront at your current rate<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re locked in for 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>What if I want to change plans?<\/h4>\n<p>You can change plans at any time, but you&#8217;ll forfeit the Price Lock offer.
