It&#8217;s no longer in the myMATE app or self-care portal, so it won&#8217;t show up there anymore. If you got an email pointing you to it and then couldn&#8217;t find it, that&#8217;s why.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; border-left: 5px solid #00b26b; background-color: #d7f6e6;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Tip\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\ud83d\udca1 Tip:<\/span> Already locked in? You&#8217;re all sorted. Your price stays held for the full 12 months at the rate you locked in, and there&#8217;s nothing you need to do.<\/div>\n<h4>What was Price Lock?<\/h4>\n<p>Every year the costs we pay behind the scenes go up, and normally some of that flows through to prices. Price Lock was a way for eligible customers to hold their price steady and get ahead of it.<\/p>\n<h4>What Price Lock includes<\/h4>\n<p>If you locked in before the offer closed, here&#8217;s what applies for your 12 months:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay for 10 months, get 12<\/li>\n<li>Your price stays the same for the full 12 months<\/li>\n<li>Pro-rata refund if you cancel early<\/li>\n<li>Moving house? Any prepaid months left stay on your account and apply to your new service (at the new service rate)<\/li>\n<li>Upgrading to fibre? Any prepaid months left stay on your account and apply to your new service (at the new service rate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What if I want to change plans?<\/h4>\n<p>You can change plans any time.
