If your eligible service was sold and activated during the promotional period, you received a voucher code after activation.<\/p>\n<h4>How did I get my bundle code?<\/h4>\n<p>After your eligible MATE service was activated, you received your unique DLC code from MATE by email, usually by the next business day.<\/p>\n<h4>How do I redeem my bundle?<\/h4>\n<p>Got your code? Codes are locked to the first Activision account they&#8217;re redeemed on and can&#8217;t be transferred to another account.<\/div>\n<h4>Which platforms are supported?<\/h4>\n<p>Your Activision account can be linked to supported gaming platforms including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Xbox<\/li>\n<li>PlayStation<\/li>\n<li>PC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The bundle is redeemed through your Activision account, which then connects to your gaming profile.<\/p>\n<h4>Do I need to own the game?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes. You must own or acquire a Call of Duty game to redeem and use the reward. You&#8217;ll also need an Activision account linked to your game profile. Some additional paid subscription services may be required depending on your platform or multiplayer access.<\/p>\n<h4>How many bundles could I get?<\/h4>\n<p>You could receive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One bundle code per activated eligible service purchased during the promotional period<\/li>\n<li>A maximum of one of each reward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep in mind that each Activision account can only redeem one code. If multiple codes were redeemed on the same Activision account, only the first valid redemption applied.<\/p>\n<h4>What if I redeem my code on the wrong account?<\/h4>\n<p>Double-check you&#8217;re logged into the correct Activision account before redeeming. Codes are locked to the first Activision account they&#8217;re redeemed on and can&#8217;t be transferred to another account.<\/p>\n<h4>When do I need to redeem my code by?<\/h4>\n<p>You must redeem your DLC code by <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">11.59pm AEST on 31 July 2026<\/span>. After that date, unused codes may become invalid and won&#8217;t be replaced.<\/p>\n<h4>What if I redeem my code before the game content is available?<\/h4>\n<p>If the content is redeemed before it becomes available in-game, it&#8217;ll be banked to your Activision account and unlocked when it becomes available.<\/p>\n<h4>Can I sell, share or transfer my code?<\/h4>\n<p>No. DLC codes can&#8217;t be sold, shared, traded, transferred or exchanged for cash. Codes must be obtained through authorised channels and used in line with the promotion Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h4>Could I combine this with other offers?<\/h4>\n<p>Unless otherwise stated, this promotion couldn&#8217;t be used in conjunction with other MATE offers.<\/p>\n<h4>What if I had more than one MATE service?<\/h4>\n<p>If you purchased and activated more than one eligible service during the promotional period, each eligible activated service may have received its own bundle code.
