It\u2019s a handy way to pinpoint what might be causing slow speeds, dropouts, or no connection.<\/p>\n<h3>How to run a service test<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to the myMATE app or the self-care portal<\/li>\n<li>Select <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Services<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Choose your <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">nbn service<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Tap the <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u2022\u2022\u2022<\/span> menu<\/li>\n<li>Select <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Service tests<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Scroll down and tap <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Request a test<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once a test finishes, tap it to view the results.
