If your plan is terminated \u2014 by you or us, or for any reason \u2014 your BINGE offer will end and your subscription will automatically renew at standard BINGE pricing (currently $10\/month for BINGE Basic).<\/p>\n<h4>How do I activate my BINGE account?<\/h4>\n<p>After your internet service was activated, we sent you a unique BINGE voucher link and code via email.<\/p>\n<p>To redeem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit your unique BINGE voucher link (included in the email)<\/li>\n<li>Your code will be pre-filled and show as <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">BINGE Basic offer<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019re new to BINGE, follow the prompts to create your account<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019re a returning BINGE user, log in and activate your account with the code applied<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fff4e5; border-left: 5px solid #ff9900;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important note\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/span> BINGE activation codes must be redeemed by <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">30 May 2026<\/span>. After that date, codes will expire and can\u2019t be reused. However, eligible customers who signed up before this date and keep their service active will retain their BINGE Basic subscription.<\/p>\n<h4>Can I upgrade to another BINGE plan?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes \u2014 you can upgrade to BINGE Standard or BINGE Premium anytime through your BINGE account. You\u2019ll just pay the difference between BINGE Basic and the tier you choose to upgrade to. The BINGE25 and BINGE15 promo codes replaced older discounts such as MATE30.<\/p>\n<h4>What if I had multiple MATE services?<\/h4>\n<p>Only one BINGE Basic subscription inclusion was provided per eligible internet service using a promo code.
