When you sign up for a new eligible MATE nbn\u00ae plan using the promo code <strong>NABMATE<\/strong> and pay with an eligible NAB card, you\u2019ll save $30 per month for the first 6 months, then $20 per month ongoing. That\u2019s up to $300 in savings over the first 12 months, with $20 per month continuing for the promotional lifetime.<\/p>\n<h4>Who is eligible?<\/h4>\n<p>You\u2019re eligible if you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are a NAB customer with an eligible NAB Visa debit card, NAB Visa credit card, NAB Now Pay Later (NNPL) digital card, or NAB Business Visa debit\/credit card.<\/li>\n<li>Sign up for a new eligible MATE nbn\u00ae plan during the promotion period (<strong>1 September 2025 \u2013 31 August 2026<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Keep paying your MATE bill with your eligible NAB card to continue receiving the discount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How do I claim the offer?<\/h4>\n<p>It\u2019s simple:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign up for an eligible MATE nbn\u00ae plan via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/nab\/\">dedicated NAB promo page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the promo code <strong>NABMATE<\/strong> at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>Add your eligible NAB card as your payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your discount will be applied automatically once your service is active.<\/p>\n<h4>Which internet plans are included?<\/h4>\n<p>The NAB MATE promo is available on selected MATE nbn\u00ae plans. All plans include unlimited data and no lock-in contracts.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: the <strong>Ripper 50\/20<\/strong> and <strong>No Dramas Wireless<\/strong> plans are not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>Check the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/nab\/\">NAB promo page<\/a> for the current list of eligible plans.<\/p>\n<h4>What happens after the first 6 months?<\/h4>\n<p>For the first 6 months, you\u2019ll save $30 per month. From month 7 onwards, the discount changes to $20 per month, which continues for the promotional lifetime as long as you keep your service active and pay with your eligible NAB card.<\/p>\n<h4>Can existing MATE customers get this offer?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Existing MATE internet customers:<\/strong> If you haven\u2019t received our $30 off promotion before, you may be eligible. <a href=\"\/mate\/support\/\">Get in touch<\/a> and we\u2019ll check if the NABMATE promo can be applied to your account (you\u2019ll need to pay with an eligible NAB card).<\/li>\n<li><strong>MATE mobile-only customers:<\/strong> Add a new internet plan to your account using the NABMATE promo code and you can receive the discount (must pay with an eligible NAB card).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Can this be combined with other offers?<\/h4>\n<p>No \u2013 this promo can\u2019t be used with other discounts, referral bonuses or promos.<\/p>\n<p>You can still stack our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/faq\/how-does-your-mobile-bundle-discount-work\/\"><strong>mobile bundle discount<\/strong><\/a>, which gives you an extra $10 off your internet each month if you add a MATE mobile plan.<\/p>\n<h4>What happens if I stop paying with my NAB card?<\/h4>\n<p>If you switch to a non-eligible payment method, your NAB MATE discount will end and your plan will revert to the standard monthly price.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fff4e5; border-left: 5px solid #ffa726;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important note\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/strong> To keep receiving the discount, your account must be paid with an eligible NAB card. Other payment methods aren\u2019t valid for this promotion.<\/div>\n<h4>How do I keep the $20 off ongoing?<\/h4>\n<p>Just keep your MATE nbn\u00ae service active and continue paying with your eligible NAB card. The $20 monthly discount will continue for the promotional lifetime.<\/p>\n<h4>Can I save even more?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes! If you bundle a MATE mobile plan with your internet, you\u2019ll get an additional $10 off your monthly internet bill on top of the NAB discount.<\/p>\n<h4>Are there any contracts?<\/h4>\n<p>All MATE plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts, except for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/important-stuff\/nbn%ef%b8%8f-fibre-connect-terms\/\">Fibre Connect plans<\/a> which have a 12-month minimum term.<\/p>\n<h4>Why is my NAB card not eligible?<\/h4>\n<p>Only certain NAB cards qualify for the promo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal NAB Visa debit cards<\/li>\n<li>Personal NAB Visa credit cards<\/li>\n<li>NAB Now Pay Later (NNPL) digital cards<\/li>\n<li>NAB Business Visa debit cards<\/li>\n<li>NAB Business Visa credit cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other NAB cards (e.g. commercial or corporate cards) are not eligible.
