If you’re getting a new phone and need to move your MATE eSIM, you’ll need our help to complete the transfer.<\/p>\n

At the moment, transferring an eSIM between devices isn\u2019t available. To move your eSIM to a new phone, our team will need to complete a SIM swap<\/span> for you.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/span> Don\u2019t delete the eSIM from your current phone until our team has issued the replacement. Deleting it first will stop your service from working.<\/div>\n

How to transfer your eSIM to a new device<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Contact our support team via Live Chat<\/a> or by phone.<\/li>\n
  2. We\u2019ll complete a quick two-factor authentication (2FA)<\/span> check to confirm your identity.<\/li>\n
  3. Our team will perform a SIM swap<\/span> and issue a new eSIM.<\/li>\n
  4. You can then activate the new eSIM on your new phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
