All MATE services use CGNAT by default. For most customers, this works perfectly fine and won\u2019t impact everyday things like browsing, streaming or video calls.<\/p>\n

In some cases though \u2014 like work VPN access, online gaming or remote security cameras \u2014 you might need a little extra setup.<\/p>\n

If you run into issues, the first thing we recommend is enabling IPv6<\/a> on your modem or router.<\/p>\n

You can follow our guide on how to enable IPv6<\/a> for some of the most common modem and router brands. Not sure how to do it? Check your modem manufacturer\u2019s instructions or reach out to our team \u2014 we\u2019re always happy to point you in the right direction.<\/p>\n

If IPv6 doesn\u2019t sort it out, get in touch with our support team<\/a> and we\u2019ll review your connection and talk through the next steps with you.
