Need to reschedule your nbn installation appointment?<\/strong> No worries \u2014 you can do it yourself in just a few steps.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> If this is about an nbn fault appointment<\/a>, refer to that FAQ instead.<\/p>\n

You can reschedule an installation appointment using our self-care portal<\/a> or the myMATE app<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1 Tip:<\/strong> Use your account number (what we call your MATE code)<\/a> to log in.<\/div>\n

Using the self-care portal (best on desktop)<\/h3>\n

  1. Select “my orders”<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Click on “View Appointment”<\/strong><\/p>\n

    3. Select “Reschedule appointment”<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \"Appointment<\/p>\n

    4. Pick a new time from the dropdown and click “Reschedule”<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \"Appointment<\/p>\n

    5. You’ll see a confirmation that your appointment is reserved<\/p>\n

    6. We\u2019ll also confirm the new appointment time via SMS and email.<\/p>\n
