If your address is eligible for an nbn Fibre Upgrade<\/a>, you’ll need to sign up to one of our eligible internet plans. Which plans you can choose depends on how your home connects to the nbn right now.<\/p>\n

Not every address can upgrade to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP)<\/a>, but we’ll check this for you as part of your sign-up.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1 Tip:<\/span> FTTP means a fibre line runs all the way into your home. It’s the most reliable nbn connection you can get, and it’s ready for whatever comes next.<\/div>\n

Which plans can I upgrade on?<\/h4>\n

It depends on how your home connects to the nbn right now. Not sure which one you have? No worries, we’ll check this for you when you sign up.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Upgraded before 10 December 2025?<\/span> Different rules apply. A $220 Early Termination Fee applies if you cancel, or move to a plan slower than nbn 500, within 12 months of your upgrade. Before you cancel, move or change plans, get in touch with us<\/a> and we’ll check if a fee applies to you.<\/div>\n

Here are the eligible plans, with their typical busy period speeds (7pm to 11pm). Crikey and Ripper are for Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) upgrades only.<\/span><\/p>\n
