Want to change from a physical SIM to an eSIM? Here\u2019s how<\/h3>\n

To switch to an eSIM, we first need to verify your identity.<\/p>\n

If your MATE account is verified, we’ll complete two-factor authentication (2FA). You can do this over live chat \u2014 it’s easy.<\/p>\n

If your MATE account isn’t verified, we’ll complete a fraud check to keep you and your identity safe. You might need more identity documents to verify your identity successfully. You can’t complete this process on live chat. Please call our support team on 13 14 13<\/strong> and we’ll help you with the steps.<\/p>\n
