All MATE mobile plans are now compatible with eSIM. If you choose to sign up with an eSIM, you can activate it right away!<\/p>\n

Just follow these 3 easy steps to get started:<\/p>\n

  1. Choose one of our great value mobile plans \u2013 all with big data and all on Australia’s trusted network<\/li>\n
  2. In the “build plan” section of the cart, tick the checkbox that says “i would like an eSIM instead of a physical SIM”<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Once your order is submitted, you can activate your MATE mobile SIM straight away* in our self-care portal or myMATE app<\/a>. We’ll email you a QR code to download your eSIM profile after you submit your activation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n* To help protect your identity, some eSIM orders may require a quick call to verify<\/a> before activation.<\/strong><\/em>\n
