At MATE, our primary goal has always been to offer the best possible experience to our customers at the best possible price.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, to maintain the level of quality and service that you have come to expect from us, we recently had to make some slight adjustments to our nbn internet plans<\/a> and mobile plans<\/a> for both new and existing customers.<\/p>\n

We acknowledge that a price increase will be unwelcome news for our customers. Therefore, we would like to explain the reasons for the changes and what we’ve done to ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible value, now and in the future.<\/p>\n

NBN network upgrade<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have recently upgraded our nbn network to ensure you receive the fastest and most reliable internet experience available. We’re also continuing to improve our self-service offerings, such as the addition of outage notifications<\/a> in our myMATE app<\/a> and self-care portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sustaining quality<\/strong><\/p>\n

With rising operational and wholesale costs for both internet and mobile plans, the adjustments we\u2019ve made to the pricing of our plans are imperative to ensure the continued delivery of services.<\/p>\n

Mobile plan enhancements<\/strong><\/p>\n

Although there’s a slight increase in pricing, our mobile plan inclusions are increasing. Monthly data increases, more data banking and 5G connectivity on more plans will ensure great value.<\/p>\n

Extended support hours<\/strong><\/p>\n

To ensure we are always there when you need us, we’ve extended our support hours and are now available on Sundays.<\/p>\n

Bundle and save (internet + mobile on one bill)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our bundle & save promotion<\/a>, which provides customers with $10 off their nbn internet service per month remains unchanged.<\/p>\n

While price increases are always a challenging topic, we believe that the enhancements in service quality and the value additions will ensure our customers continue to receive great value internet and mobile services from MATE.<\/p>\n
