If you are an existing MATE customer, you can use our self-care portal or myMATE app to add a new internet<\/a> or mobile<\/a> service to your account.<\/p>\n

myMATE app (best on mobile devices)<\/h3>\n

Use your account number (what we like to call your MATE code)<\/a> to log in to our myMATE app.<\/p>\n

Our myMATE app is best if you’re using a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. It’s available for Apple and Android devices and can be downloaded on your device using the links below:<\/p>\n\"App<\/a>\n\"Google<\/a>\n

Once you\u2019re logged in, simply select \u201cadd new service\u201d<\/strong> and follow the prompts to submit your order. If you are a current myMATE app user, you may need to update your app to see this function.<\/p>\n

\"Mymate<\/p>\nIf you have forgotten or don’t know your app password, you can use the password recovery function in the app.<\/em>\n

Self-care portal (best on desktop)<\/h3>\n

Use your account number (what we like to call your MATE code)<\/a> to log in to our self-care portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our self-care portal is best if you’re using a desktop device like a computer or laptop.<\/p>\n

If you have forgotten or don’t know your self-care password, you can use the password recovery<\/a> function.<\/p>\n

Once you’re logged in, simply click the “add a new service<\/strong>” option and follow the prompts to submit your order.<\/p>\n
