Once you have successfully authorised the transfer of your mobile number to MATE, you just need to wait for the order to complete.<\/p>\n

The transfer order can take up to 24 hours to complete.<\/p>\n

DO NOT PUT THE MATE SIM CARD IN YOUR PHONE JUST YET! Your existing SIM card with your current provider will continue to work until the activation is completed.<\/p>\n

If the transfer is successful<\/h5>\n

Once the transfer has successfully been completed:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The SIM card with your previous mobile provider will stop working;<\/li>\n
  2. You should receive an SMS and email from MATE confirming the activation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    When this occurs, you can place the new MATE SIM card in your phone and turn your phone on.<\/p>\n

    If the transfer is rejected<\/h5>\n

    If the transfer fails, you will receive a notification but don’t panic!<\/p>\n
