MATE does not charge any setup fees to activate an nbn connection at your address \u2705<\/p>\n

However, in some cases, nbn may apply a charge<\/strong> directly to the provider for the initial network build. This is most common in newly built homes or housing developments<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Heads up:<\/strong> If applicable, the nbn New Development Fee<\/strong> is a once-off $300 charge (inc. GST). This will appear on your first bill if your address is affected.<\/div>\n

You can check whether this applies to your address when placing your order. If it does, we\u2019ll clearly display the fee before your service is processed \u2014 no surprises, no sneaky charges \ud83d\udcac<\/p>\n
