Our billing system sets your bill cycle as the date you sign-up with MATE.<\/p>\n

An invoice is generated on your sign-up date for any services you have signed up for, even if these services aren’t active. However, don’t worry if your service isn’t active as a pro-rata credit will be applied to your account from your bill cycle date to when your service is activated with MATE.<\/p>\n

Any adjustments will come off your first invoice if the invoice hasn’t been debited by the time your service is activated (14 days from when you signed-up).<\/p>\n
