How do I claim the $100 credit?
You need to sign up for an nbn internet service between 10 May 2022 and 31 May 2022 and enter the promo code MAY100 on checkout.
If you sign-up over the phone, mention the MAY100 promo, and our sales agent will apply the promotion for you.
When do I receive the $100 credit?
The $100 credit will be applied to your MATE account 28 days after activation of your nbn internet service. Your nbn service MUST be active with MATE for the credit to be applied.
We’ll only apply the credit to accounts with:
- The MAY100 promo code in the order; and
- An active nbn internet service; and
- Your account is up to date with no extensions or service restrictions;
How will the $100 credit appear on my MATE account?
The credit will appear as a line item on your MATE invoice labelled “Promotional Credit – MAY100“.
Why am I being charged in advance?
Payment in advance is still required for new accounts. Your credit card is authorised on sign-up and our billing system sets your bill cycle as the date you sign-up with MATE.
The $100 credit will be applied to your MATE account 28 days after activation of your nbn internet service.
I forgot to use the promo code when I signed up, what happens?
The $100 credit can only be applied if the promo code MAY100 is used on sign-up between 10 May 2022 and 31 May 2022.

If you’re an existing customer, you are eligible if you add a new nbn internet service to your account.
The $100 credit can not be applied to existing nbn internet services.
Can I use the promo code for a mobile service?
The MAY100 promotion is valid for nbn internet services only. The promo code can not be applied to mobile orders.
When does the $100 credit promotion end?
The MAY100 promotion runs from 10 May 2022 until 31 May 2022.
What if I cancel my internet service?
The $100 credit will be applied to your MATE account 28 days after activation of your nbn internet service. Your nbn service MUST be active with MATE for the credit to be applied.
If your service is not active at the time the credit is due to be applied, the credit will not be applied.
Can I get the $100 as cash instead of a credit?
The $100 promotional credit is not redeemable for cash, transferable or convertible into any other form of property.
