If your home is a brand new development, nbn™ may be required to recover the cost of deploying nbn™ network infrastructure by applying a developer contributions charge per home.
In accordance with the Australian Government’s policy, this is referred to as the “New Developments Charge” and came into effect on 2nd April 2016.
